Concept proposal — pre-launch — not yet issued

A low-energy digital token for the Dollar ↔ Dinar corridor

A proposal for a sustainable, low-energy settlement token designed around one specific use case: cheaper, faster, more transparent transfers between the United States and Dinar-denominated markets — instead of competing with Bitcoin as a speculative asset.

This page describes a project proposal, not a live financial product. No token has been issued, no funds are being raised, and nothing here is an offer to sell a security or investment advice.
01 — The Concept

The concept

Purpose-built, not speculative

Designed around one corridor and one job — moving value between US dollars and dinars — rather than positioned as a general investment.

Low-energy by design

Proposed on a proof-of-stake or equivalent low-energy consensus mechanism, not proof-of-work mining.

Concept-stage transparency

Every section on this page is marked by the stage it is actually at — proposed, under consideration, or not started — rather than presented as already built.

No interest, no compounding

The token is designed to settle transfers at face value. It does not bear interest and does not compound over time.

02 — Why Green

Why "green"

Consensus mechanism

Proposed on a proof-of-stake (or similarly low-energy) consensus mechanism rather than proof-of-work mining, which is the primary driver of Bitcoin's energy footprint.

Transaction volume, not speculation

Designed for a bounded, purpose-built transfer corridor rather than open-ended global trading — fewer, more meaningful transactions rather than high-frequency speculative churn.

Transparent reporting (proposed)

A public sustainability report is proposed as a roadmap commitment, not a claim already fulfilled.

03 — The Corridor

The Dollar–Dinar corridor

This draft uses the Algerian Dinar as the placeholder market, given the size of the United States–Algeria trade corridor.

US–Algeria goods trade, 2025: US exports $1,276.6M · US imports $2,235.8M (US Census Bureau).

1

Sender deposits dollars

A sender in the United States converts US dollars into the corridor token through a regulated on-ramp partner.

2

Token settles on-chain

The token moves on a low-energy public ledger, with the transaction and its fee visible before confirmation.

3

Recipient redeems in dinars

A recipient on the Dinar side redeems through a licensed local off-ramp partner, subject to that jurisdiction's currency-exchange rules.

None of the on-ramp or off-ramp partners referenced above are confirmed. Real remittance and currency-exchange activity is regulated in both the United States and any Dinar-market jurisdiction; licensing is a roadmap milestone, not a current capability.
04 — Vs. Bitcoin

What Bitcoin's history says about this project

Bitcoin began in 2008 as an academic proposal from an anonymous author writing under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, in response to distrust in the traditional banking system following the financial crisis. It took over a decade to go from a theoretical paper to a widely traded asset — and its value along the way has been extraordinarily volatile.

What this project is not trying to be

This proposal is not an attempt to replicate that trajectory. It does not promise appreciation, is not positioned as a speculative trading asset, and makes no claim about future price movement of any kind.

What it is trying to be instead

A narrowly scoped settlement tool for one transfer corridor, judged on transaction cost, settlement time, and energy use — not on price charts.
